This is a vintage 1993 Disney pop-up book featuring Minnie Mouse.

These first collector's edition books are part of the Disney franchise.  This book is an excellent used condition I honestly don't think it was really used maybe once or twice, the cover is fantastic, no rips or tears, all the pop-ups work properly and are in one piece.
