  3. The headlight will have minor wear such as scratches from storage conditions but no scratches on the lens. 
  4. Item show signs of wear but its fully functional as intended
  5. All mounting tabs are good

        - MAY NEED ADDITIONAL REPAIR AND PAINT AT BUYERS DISCRETION.
