Deck Theme & Playstyle

This deck is a five-color Avatar: The Last Airbender–themed enchantment engine, built around Hei Bai, Forest Guardian as a spiritual anchor. It leans heavily into enchantress-style value, using cards like Eidolon of Blossoms, Mesa Enchantress, and Starfield Mystic to turn every shrine and spirit into card advantage. The Honden and Go-Shintai packages create a slow but inevitable board presence, draining opponents, generating tokens, and accruing incremental value each turn. Blink effects such as Flicker of Fate, Cloudshift, and Momentary Blink let you reuse ETB tutors like Moon-Blessed Cleric and Shrine Steward while protecting key spirits. Defensive enchantments like Sphere of Safety buy time while the shrine engine comes online. The deck wins through overwhelming inevitability—stacked upkeep triggers, spirit swarms, and attrition—mirroring the balance and persistence of the Spirit World itself.
