Ingredients: Fiber Content: Neoprene Blend Nylon Rubber Polyester, Steel, Pvc, Polypropylene, Spandex.
 
Dosage

1. Unfasten hook and loop straps. Slip foot into brace. Laces may be worn on front or back of ankle dependent on preference. 2. Apply large hook and loop strap on side of ankle. 3. Pull small strap around back to desired tension and fasten. 4. Adjust hook and loop fasteners under heel if necessary. Once adjusted to size of ankle further adjustment is not needed. Care: hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.
