A - In almost new condition with very minor signs of previous use if any at all.

B - Some moderate signs of previous use. Scuffs, small scratches, marks, blemishes etc but fully tested and working. Screens - small surface scratches, surface marks such as keyboard impressions, small barely noticeable light spots

C - Some heavier signs of use and cosmetic damage. Scratches, chips, dents etc but fully tested and working. Screens - medium scratches, surface marks and/or light spots or screen burn.

D - Fully working but with serious cosmetic damage. Damaged fixings, cracked, bent, deep scratches etc Screens - heavy scratches, water damage, missing or dead pixel patches etc.

Parts are fully functional as intended unless listed as "for parts or not working" and the cosmetic condition will be as per the listing photographs.
