New. Please see pics. I have assembled the Happy Hour Bar set (as seen in pics). I no longer have the box for this item but you will receive everything pictured. I no longer needed it for a project I was going to use it for. It will be shipped as is (assembled). The (2) wine cabinet sets are still NIB and have not been opened or assembled. 

Play sets are compatible with Barbie sized dolls  (11.5" sized dolls)
