Mostly complete kit, but only 5 bulbs instead of 10. The printer only requires 2 at a time so you can still use this for awhile before needing replacement bulbs (they are still out there and there may even be other brands that work as long as the base and wattage are right). The printer itself is complete and works great. It takes two AA batteries to operate so it is a highly portable screen printer. There may be some small brushes or trowels missing, things of that nature. Please refer to pics for the contents of this purchase.

All inks are soft and liquid and the 14 used ones on average are about half full (some almost full, most about 1/3-2/3, a few are 1/4 and a few 3/4). And then there are the 5 unused ones going by weight (4 of which have tubes that look new and 1 of which has a tube that was squeezed a bit). The combined total ink weight (INCLUDING tubes and caps but EXCLUDING the boxes) is 23.2 ounces. Given that one brand new 40ml tube weighs 1.675 ounces that means there is ROUGHLY the EQUIVALENT of 13.85 full tubes, by volume.
