The box is slightly tattered but the contents are in almost new condition, other than a small amount of scuffing on the deck as pictured. The game and CD are sealed. The only thing missing are the batteries as they had started to leak which makes me think this has genuinely never been used. It is untested since I don’t own a copy of the game but am confident it is in working condition given that the deck itself is almost mint.
