- Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, or other external causes. It is also considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by unauthorized individuals.
- Specific Items Excluded: Certain items like headphones and other Bluetooth devices cannot be returned once used due to health and safety concerns.
- Cancellation and Refunds: If a buyer cancels an item that has not been shipped due to a change of mind, a 10% surcharge may apply, and the funds will go towards PayPal's new cancellation policy. For shipped items, a 30% restocking fee based on the item value may apply for change-of-mind returns.
