The V2500 was used for Airbus A320 family jets, the McDonnell Douglas MD-90, and the Embraer C-390 Millennium military transport. Known for its reliability and efficiency in the 22,000–33,000 lb thrust range, it features advanced tech like wide-chord fan blades and Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) for lower emissions and fuel burn, with a strong global support network for maintenance.
