Controller Condition

This controller is brand new in box, factory sealed, and has never been opened. There are very minor scuffs on the cardboard that you can only see at certain angles. A couple of the sides of the box have some indents, but it does not puncture through the cardboard.

Shipping

The item will be shipped with care within a box with lots of bubble wrap. All items include $100 insurance that is free for buyers.

For shipments internationally, we are not responsible for any delays or potential extra fees in customs, as it is out of our hands once the item has been mailed.

Returns

Returns are accepted, but the item must be in the same condition as the listing. It must be undamaged and in working order.
