It is a collectible item from a series of talking grizzly bears made in 2007.
The bear wears a soft felt shirt with an inspirational saying on it, read aloud by author and poet Noah benShea.
This bear is named after Noah BenShea, one of the greatest poet philosophers to ever live in North America. It's mouth moves in sync with the voice recording of Noah's inspirational poem. The bear also has a signature heart with Noah's name on its left foot.
