Packaging:

• We do NOT include an original Pandora box but will be sent safely to you in a small gift bag or box free of charge.

• We ship our items in a brand-new padded bubble envelope.

Payments:

• PayPal is our only accepted method of payment. Payment must be completed within 3 days from purchasing. If payment is not completed after 3 days, an unpaid item case will be opened, and the item will be re-listed.

• We accept most best offers. If we accept any offers, you will have 3 days to complete payment or an unpaid item case will be opened and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping: International

• We ship all items within 48 hours after payment is completed. We do not offer any free shipping for international orders. Each location offers a different shipping cost. Each listing will automatically calculate the cost of shipping to your location. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the package to get to you. It could take (2-3 weeks) time. All tracking information will be uploaded when the package is sent out. When you are ready to make a purchase, type your zip code or location and the shipping cost will be added to your payment.

• We are not responsible for any extra fees your post office might have.

• We do not accept returns for any international purchases.

Returns & Feedback:

• Returns are only accepted for items that aren’t as described within 14 days of receiving it. We do not accept any returns on earring purchases. If you purchase a ring and it does not fit, we will accept a return and will offer an exchange if we have your correct size in stock. Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns for any international purchases.

• Our feedback is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please give us a chance to fix the issue before giving us a neutral or negative feedback.
