Our handmade cotton microwaveable neck & shoulder wraps are filled with cleaned English wheat grains. These beautifully designed and produced neck & shoulder wheat wraps are perfect for when you're feeling cold, stressed or suffering from tense muscles and aches. They feature 4 seperately filled compartments which keep the grains and weight well distributed, preventing sliding which gives off optimal heat coverage.
Simply place the whole wheat wrap in a clean microwave with a rotary turntable for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes at 500- 1000 watts - they can also be chilled in a freezer for up to 1 hour for use on swelling and sprains.
