Sanyo JJ-P3 JDM Cassette Player from the 1980's. I believe to be 1986 but I can't say for certain.
This is a model from the lineage of JJ-P1 and then the JJ-P2. The only one here to have the graphic equalizer is the JJ-P3. This was known as the MGP-800D in Europe and elsewhere out of Japan.
This example was purchased "as is" and untested. It appears to he in quite good shape with only some very minor paint fade possibly on the back where it appears there may have been a sticker placed previously. I do not see any damage or parts missing.
I would assume it needs service but I do not know its history. I did put in a set of batteries and you could hear the motor hum when the play button was pressed. Most likely needing a belt for certain.
Really cool retro looking player that is known for quite a good sound quality. Also has lanyard loop and I can include a lanyard if desired! These models especially the JDM version does not appear often for sale. Anywhere.
If you have any interest, questions, or concerns please ask and I will do what I can to help.
Thank you kindly for looking and reading the description!
