Over 40 individual pieces of dept 56 heritage village collection.  Both buildings light up and work perfectly. 

A couple of other pieces are broken that have been included but are thrown in for free.  See pictures of the two broken figures.

Otherwise everything looks great.  Added accessories of wood pile, fence, snow fence, tree, brick roads.  Super nice pieces
