Vintage Lib Tech skateboard deck. This is a lib tech snowboard build skate deck with perma pop construction. Thumbs lib tech graphic on the top & bottom. Phase II.

Condition of the deck is new. Has never had trucks mounted. Has light scratches/scuffs visible on the top & bottom graphic from storage/display/handling.

Has color transfer visible from another deck sitting on top of it in storage. Please see photos.
