Important Antique Japanese Large Bowl by Sakujuro Ceremonial Maple Leaves

For sale is an Antique Japanese Inuyama Yaki Ozeki Sakujuro, Ceremonial Bowl with hand-carved wooden stand. This bowl is decorated with Autumn Maple leaves and stylized blossoms, inside and out. There are three trinity cutouts in the sides of the bowl. Made by the Inuyama Kiln in Aichi Prefecture somewhere around 1940. To learn more about Inyama pick up Modern Japanese Ceramics by Anneliese Cruger/Wolf Cruger/ Saeko Ito. This bowl is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks. The bowl stands 3.75" tall and 7" in diameter. All measurements are approx. Bowl has Inuyama Kiln chop mark!
