Most all functions work fine...
except for a couple of minor items as outlined below.
Viewing is bright & clear.
40mm f2.8 Ricoh lens is bright & clear.
Shutter sounds good.
Camera exposure meter needle DOES NOT move.
Camera film winding lever top screw cap LOOSENS while winding film and may need a finger tightening, but winds film fine when tight.
(She just snugged it up as she went along and took pictures)
Rewind is fine.
Self-timer works fine.
Picture counter is fine.
Flash pop-up switch works good.
Built-in flash fires fine.
When flash is ready to fire, orange light glows.

Battery compartments look clean.
Camera exposure meter uses 1 - PX675 battery or equivalent.
Built-in flash uses 1-AA alkaline battery or equivalent.
