Handsome antique late 19th or early 20th century 16” wooden English wall clock by Bell Bros. of Doncaster.

The clock face features black Roman numerals on a cream-colored dial under original glass.

The dial is signed "Bell Bros" and "Doncaster", with "Made in England" at the bottom.

Brass “Empire” brand movement. Empire was originally the trademark of a company called Williamson who established a reputation for an excellent movement, called Astral.

The clock includes a winding key.
