tablet back with a pin lock, user lock, pattern lock, Google account lock,
apple id lock, or any type of lock, then we will charge you $100 to unlock
it. If it is not unlockable then we have
to either send the phone back to you or you have to provide us with the correct
credentials to unlock it. If the
credentials you provide don’t work then you will be charged $100. This fee is besides any restocking fee. In some cases it is impossible to unlock the
above mention locks. In that case we
will send the phone back and no refund will be given. This is because the phone will not be in a usable
condition. We hope all our buyers
understand this and return the devices without any locks in it.

International shipments
can’t be shipped if the shipping address provided doesn’t support the insurance
from the shipping carrier. Orders will be cancelled and refund will be
given.

shipment that has remote shipping addresses needs to pay extra shipping
charges. We will let the buyer know how much extra once the order
placed. Failed to pay extra will be result in order cancellation and
refund of the money.
