All orders placed and paid for before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be posted the same business working day or within 24 hours of the order being received. Orders placed over the weekend or any bank holiday will be posted out the next business working day.

Orders being posted via a standard 48-hour courier service will take between 2 to 5 business working days to be delivered. This does not include bank holidays or weekends so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Orders being posted via an Express or Next Day service will take 24 hours to be delivered. This does not include bank holidays or weekends so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

While shipping is free to mainland UK certain regions of the UK are subject to additional postage charges which should be included with your order when you go to pay for it or we will contact you regarding an additional postage fee. The regions that are subject to additional postage fees include Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, BFPO and the Isle of Man. We do not offer next day shipping to these regions due to the longer than usual delivery times.

If your order is larger than usual and is being posted to the mentioned regions subject to additional costs, we may contact you regarding an additional fee. If your order too big to be posted via standard parcels, we may contact you to confirm whether you are able to receive a pallet.

 

PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods such as the Christmas and lead us to Christmas delivery times may vary and may extend past the delivery time so we please ask that you take this into consideration and be patient.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods for a refund or replacement but we ask that you contact us first before opening a returns case so that we can look into the issue and provide the necessary resolution. A refund would be issue only when the item has been returned and inspected. If the goods returned are not in the same condition any necessary deductions will be made in line with eBay’s return and refund policy.

If you have ordered and received the item in error, you will be liable to cover the cost of return postage. Please note you will need to provide a tracking number and the courier used for the return upon doing this.
