We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us.

We ship using reliable couriers including DHL, DPD, DX, Royal Mail, EVRI, and XDP, depending on the item and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery time for UK mainland orders is typically 1–4 working days.

While most orders arrive within the estimated time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or weather conditions. If your item hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a card or send a notification. Please follow their instructions to rearrange delivery or collection. Undelivered parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery charge.

eBay may apply an additional postage charge of £13.99 for deliveries to certain areas outside mainland UK — this applies to smaller parcels only. For larger items, we may need to request an additional postage fee if required. If you prefer not to proceed with the additional cost, we will of course cancel the order and issue a full refund.

International orders placed through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme (GSP) are sent to eBay’s UK GSP depot first, from where eBay arranges delivery to your final address.

We are unable to sell Non-Type-Approved exhaust parts to international buyers.

All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 4-5 business days upon return delivery date.

If the item received is incorrect, different from what you purchased, dented or defective, please do not install it in the car. In such a case, please contact us immediately so that we can take corrective measures. Once it has been installed, no corrective measures can be taken.

Returns are only accepted if the part hasn't been fitted into the car and the item was returned within 30 days of purchase.
