6 hand painted porcelain shields are attached, 1on each panel.
Shields all have BERLIN heading and show a location in that city plus the German coat of arms - a bear.

- Luftbrücke - Platz der Luftbrücke is a landmarked square and transport node in Berlin, Germany, on the border between the localities of Tempelhof and Kreuzberg. The name of the square commemorates the Berlin airlift of 1948/49 (German: Luftbrücke, 'air bridge') in which Tempelhof was the main airfield used; the Berlin Airlift Monument is in the square.
- Siegessäule - The victory column was built in 1873 to celebrate Prussia's victory in the Franco-German War. It was moved to its present location in the Tiergarten in 1938.
- Brandenburger Tor - The Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor) is an 18th-century neoclassical monument in Berlin, built on the orders of Prussian king Frederick William II after restoring the Orangist power by suppressing the Dutch popular unrest.
- Coat of Arms of Berlin - The coat of arms of Berlin is used by the German city state as well as the city itself. Introduced in 1954 for West Berlin, it shows a black bear on a white shield.
- Funkturm -The Berliner Funkturm or Funkturm Berlin (Berlin Radio Tower) is a former broadcasting tower in Berlin. Constructed between 1924 and 1926 to designs by the architect Heinrich Straumer, it was inaugurated on 3 September 1926, on the occasion of the opening of the third Große Deutsche Funkausstellung (Great German Radio Exhibition).
- Kongresshalle - Berlin building for events and exhibitions on John-Foster-Dulles-Allee in the Großer Tiergarten and government district . To this day, the congress hall causes a sensation and attraction with its roof, which stretches over the auditorium in a wide and high arch . The roof consists of a network of steel cables suspended from two steel arches, covered with concrete.
