Condition.  There are no torn, ripped, or holes folds on the pages in the book except for the first page as shown in the picture.  It is smaller than an eraser head and is part of the cover with no written material. It is complete. On that same page you will see Magdalene College Oxford written on it.   I can assume it used to be owned by them.  

The binding is coming loose, but all of the pages are intact with the existing one.   The book has been gently aged, which is expected with a book of 144 years old.
