This is a hard-to-find Chinese piece, hand painted and glazed clay.

The old drummer measures 5 1/2 x 5 x 6" and weighs just shy of 1 Lbs.  

The only flaw is a rough spot on the side of one sandal, only visible if you turn him over and sideways.
