Cleaning out my neighbor's condo.  He was a collector of many things, but he really loved vintage stuff and had a great eye for fashion, design, and color.  He was also into kitsch, MCM, and ephemera.  Basically ... everything, anything, all the things.  His collection is tremendous.  I'll miss him.
