The truss rod channel on the neck blank is already routed out for you, and I will show you how to make a mortise and tenon joint for the neck WITHOUT any need for special jigs or router after the purchase....quite simple!!!  Making the neck can be quite an easy process.

The kit is complete with EVERYTHING "WOOD" that you will need to finish the assembly of a guitar body. 

The kit is a great kit for those who likes to have fun with much of the guitar making process. Some things are already done for you, but you will still be in control of much of the building processes making your own true custom guitar.  Because of this range of freedom in decision making, this kit is also a great kit for those more experienced also.

The kit comes with everything shown in the pictures...which includes:

  • Claro Walnut back and side sets.... Sides are bent. 
  • brace wood for the back.
  • back re-enforcement strip for the back that will be made from the excess cutoffs from the top.
  • solid cedar top. It is stiff with nice bright ringing tap tone...easy to make a good sounding guitar with.  Spruce top upgrade available.  Various other top support will be made from here.

  • Herringbone Rosette.

  • PRESLOTTED fingerboard...either morado or jatoba for international buyers since cannot send rosewood internationally.
