This is a new sensor made from similar or original components as used by ATE  during production.

NOT OEM JAGUAR PART, a redesigned equivalent

This sensor will fit the complete range within the VIN numbers stated below

Suitable for:

Straight 6 engine XJS 3.6 & 4.0 XJS 1987-1996

V12 engine XJS 5.3 & 6.0 1987-1996 

The original part DAC4841 went to VIN 198334 

DAC11151 was from VIN 198335 onwards as the newer version

AMS-Sensor will fit both Part numbers

Production and testing

AMS-Sensors Ltd production aims for quality and longevity.  All sensors are tested on a rotary jig with an oscilloscope to check the wave form post manufacture. We aim for the same or better electrical output than the ageing 20+ years old original sensor.
