Item is in 7.0 out of 10 Cosmetic condition, however, has been tested and deemed “DEFECTIVE”.  I DO NOT HAVE ANY DETAILS AS TO WHAT THE ISSUE IS.  WAS PURCHASED IN A BULK LOT OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEY DID NOT PROVIDE DETAILS.  ALL I CAN VIEW IS HOW IT APPEARS FROM A COSMETIC STANDPOINT.
