How to use

1. Clean & dry skin (no oils/lotions).

2. Cut the tape and round the corners to reduce lifting.

3. Apply with little to no stretch at the ends; press 10–20 s to warm the adhesive.

4. For lift: anchor under the bust and guide upwards toward the shoulder/collarbone.

5. Place nipple covers before taping for comfort.

Removal
Soften with body oil/baby oil or warm soapy water. Peel slowly, supporting the skin.

Safety
Do a 24-hour patch test before first use. Don’t use on irritated/sunburned/broken skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. Not intended for children.
