This is a Vintage Original Rolls-Royce Stock Certificate/American Depository Receipt for 100 Shares, Issued on June 1, 1971.

Certificate has been cancelled so there are several stamps on it, but it is in very good condition - no rips, dog-ears, or stains. Corners and edges are near-perfect. Since for years it has been stored in a slightly rounded fold position, it doesn't currently lay flat.
