Sonos connect amp gen 1, tested with s1 app. DOES NOT WORK WITH NEW SONOS APP. Works with the right Ethernet port as shown in pictures, must be connected to the Ethernet port to work. Comes with power cord. No other accessories. (Ethernet cable and RCA cables needed to work)


Instructions:

1. Unplug the Power Cord: Disconnect the Sonos Connect:Amp from the power outlet.

2. Press and Hold the Mute Button: For Gen 1, hold the Mute button.

3. Reconnect the Power Cord: While continuing to hold the button, plug the power cord back into the outlet.

4. Continue Holding the Button: Keep holding the button until the status light flashes orange and white (this may take a few seconds).

5. Wait for the Green Light: Release the button when the status light flashes green, indicating the reset is complete. This may take longer for older models like the Connect:Amp.

6. Once flashing green, start up Sonos s1 app and login. S1 app will pick up connect: amp. Follow instructions on app to complete.
