Signed in green ink, "Frank Sinatra"

The item is circa 1939–1942, before Frank was a solo artist, working as lead vocalist for the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra

In very good to near fine condition overall with minor age and handling related imperfections 

Please note that the green ink on his black suit makes the signature a bit difficult to see
