Vintage metal advertising calendar base from the Farmers & Merchants State Bank of Breckenridge, manufactured by The Vernon Co., Newton, Iowa. This enamel-coated steel plate originally held a tear-off yearly calendar pad and was distributed as a promotional item to bank customers.

The front features the bank logo and slogan “You can Bank on us for your future” in gold and black lettering. Two mounting holes and two calendar-pad holes are present, as designed.

Condition:
