This is a 14 year old Zebra ZP 450 CPT originally purchased from UPS. It has abruptly stopped working, it seemed to be possibly over heating and then it died. We did not seek any service or diagnosis of the problem, just moved on and replaced it
The print head should still be good, as well as most other parts, other than the crack to the front casing.
