1-Year Warranty
We want to provide a level of confidence for our customers that can only be accomplished by providing a full 1-year warranty on all of our products. This is not something we take lightly and to be able to provide this service we maintain a full-scale tech center with trained network technicians. The equipment goes through our facility, and our testing procedures, to confirm that you are getting a 100% working product, and to ensure the refurbishment of that product.
If you run into any issue with your product, you can contact us directly and we will work with you on the best option, whether that is a full advanced replacement, repair service or a replacement model/product.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, with one of the major carriers (Fedex, UPS, USPS). For orders that require custom configurations or design it may take an additional few days to allow time for the technicians to properly configure and test. Larger shipments and orders can be shipped with LTL freight, we handle all the freight logistics and tracking is still provided.
Expedited Shipping Services: Please contact us for options as well as rate pricing. If you would like it to be shipped on your account number, contact us so we can get it setup correctly.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide and have the logistics team expertise to send equipment to all parts of the world. We can provide shipping rates and quotes for your location or use one of your shipping couriers and account numbers for shipping.
