This item comes from the Superman collection of Mike “Mic” Myers, a passionate lifelong fan known within the collector community. In 2011, Mike’s story drew national attention when his Superman collection was stolen. Although many pieces were eventually recovered and the thief was caught, collectors from all over the country stepped forward to send Superman items to help him rebuild. A few years ago Mike passed away, and I purchased his collection directly from his family. I’m honored to help preserve and share the items he cared so deeply about. This piece is one of them.
