This is a gents Valjoux 7751 Regent Triple Calendar Moonphase Chronograph wristwatch kit / project. Parts came in the same bin.

As far as i can determine, the parts missing are:

- case back

- movement space ring

- clamps/screws

A proper dial and hands for the case kit.

Current dial is 29.5mm.

Carrure would take a larger dial.

Very particular here is the steel 42mm carrure/mid case and bezel that brings to the Moonwatch case except that it features a calendar push/corrector at 10 position.

Never seen one of these before and i dont know what to make of it. Judging by the wear marks, it has seen plenty of wear.

It has a sapphire crystal on, and at 42mm across is just spot on to vintage Speedy.

It has a screw down crown reminding of the Oyster. Not a proper match imho as it doesnt complement the case size and thickness.

Tachy BASE 1000 bezel is in very good condition.

Although i have no idea of the case maker, I've tried pairint the case with a couple vintage Speedmaster case backs and i remember they went on well.

The case kit came with a Valjoux 7751 automatic movement with a blue dial signed REGENT.

Movement not tested for accuracy, is complete and operates correctly.

Calendar wheels are in german.

Hands are yellow gold and so are the dial indices.

New Tap 9 Valjoux 7751 stem included in the kit.

This watch kit is sold as found, for parts or repairs.
