How to do leakage test?
1. Attach the hook to the device.
2. Attach the workshop air adapter to the unit.
3. Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
4. Screw the smoke hose to the unit.
5. Fill smoke oil (mineral oil based) into the unit via the refill opening on the top.
(Note: The oil level must not be higher than the level indicator. )
6.Connect the factory air supply.
7.Connect the vehicle's 12V power supply.
8. Introduce workshop air into the unit. 9.
9. Turn the flow control knob counterclockwise to open the air flow.
10. Turn on the power on the back of the unit, then the unit will start to generate smoke.
11. Introduce the smoke into the system
FULL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS, DON'T MISS ANY LEAKS.
- EVAP SYSTEM TEST: Leakage in the fuel evaporation system causes fuel vapour to escape into the atmosphere, resulting in waste and pollution or unstable engine idling.
- EXHAUST SYSTEM TEST: Uncleaned harmful gases escaping into the atmosphere or increasing the noise of the vehicle are the main disadvantage when leaks occur in the exhaust.
- FUEL TANK SYSTEM TEST: If there are gaps in the fuel tank and pipes caused by improper installation or insufficient sealing of the fuel tank cap, it may cause leaks in the fuel tank system.
- TEST OF VARIOUS PIPE CONNECTIONS: Smoke test of brake hoses, power steering hoses, cooling system hoses, air conditioning system hoses, turbocharger hoses, fuel hoses, intake and exhaust system hoses, etc.
- CAR SEALING TEST: Poor sealing of the car can lead to many inconveniences, such as it is not warm and dusty, not soundproof, not waterproof, etc.
- CRANKCASE SYSTEM TEST: Excessive pressure or corrosion of the crankcase is the main reason why the crankcase seal is damaged and oil leaks.
- INTAKE SYSTEM TEST: A leak in the intake system will result in inadequate intake of the car engine, leading to low engine performance.
- TURBO TEST: The leakage of coolant would cause the engine to indicate a high water temperature.

WHY DO YOU NEED A S100 SMOKE MACHINE?
