NOTE: This is a HUGE lot of UNITED STATES PRECANCELLED STAMPS and there is a great variety here.
It appears that there are MORE THAN (40) DIFFERENT STATES represented and this is a collection of virtually all U.S. Bureau precancelled stamps. THIS IS PERHAPS THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE LOT WE HAVE OFFERED.
This is especially true with regards to the DIFFERENT BLOCKS of FOUR and the large amount of COIL PAIRS.
NOTE:
This lot also includes a very fresh lot of over (100) MNH precancelled stamps. There are MNH blocks of four, a few larger blocks, coil strips and coil pairs. These are very nice stamps that appear fault free and they are offered as found.
The selection noted here has obvious duplicates and there are VARIOUS STATES represented.

Otherwise, the stamps in this lot are ALL WITHOUT GUM.
THERE ARE OVER 15,000 STAMPS IN THIS LOT. Obviously not all of the stamps are pictured.
There is no foul odor. (see pictures)
There are many single stamps included but there are also pairs, strips, coil pairs and a huge lot of blocks of four. There are many blocks from the LIBERTY SERIES and ALSO many from the PRESIDENTIAL series. There are blocks that date from 1923 to 1932. These blocks also offer a very nice variety with duplication. (see pictures)
There are also some larger blocks here and there.
THERE IS NO EXCESSIVE DUPLICATION OF STAMPS FROM BIG CITIES ( NEW YORK N.Y.// CHICAGO // ) .
There are some stamps here and there that are "stuck" to one another and some "stuck" blocks of four, etc. There is also not an overwhelming group of these "stuck" items. This is mentioned solely for accuracy.
These stamps are mostly from 1923 to 1954. Again, there are many COIL PAIRS, a few coil strips and perhaps the largest variety of these from many towns with varieties. There are also many BLOCKS of FOUR and these are from 1923 to 1954 and from the "Liberty" series. There also some stamps from the later "Prominent Americans" series, etc. (see pictures)
There is some obvious duplication but this lot still offers a nice selection of many different. There are some obvious varieties. Again, except as noted these stamps are virtually all WITHOUT GUM.
The blocks and coil pairs in this lot are nice and they have uniform coloring, bright colors and nice perforations. These stamps are "loose" and unmounted. They are offered as found. There are no creases, no thins, no tears or other major damage noted. There are some with NO HINGE remnants and there are no thins or tears noted. The centering and the perforations are as pictured.
NOTE: There may need to be some "soaking" to increase the collectability of some stamps, blocks, etc.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO "soak" STAMPS. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO "soak" STAMPS PROPERLY.
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE "soaked" STAMPS THEN SIMPLY DO NOT BID. Thank you.
