Return Policy

• Anacapa Equipment Brokers, Inc. (“Seller”) is committed to excellent customer service.
• Items are sold as-is with a 30-day Right of Return, unless otherwise stated.
• Only items shown in the listing photos are included.
• Buyer may return equipment for any reason within 30 days of receipt, provided it is returned in the same condition as shipped.
• No returns or refunds will be accepted if the buyer uses a freight forwarder for international shipment.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 1 business day of payment (subject to freight scheduling).
• All shipments are FOB origin (title and risk transfer to buyer at shipping point).
• We charge actual shipping and packaging costs only.
• We do not ship internationally unless prior arrangements are made.
• Any orders shipped via freight forwarder are final sale with no returns.

Shipping Damage & Claims

• All freight damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
• Take clear photos of:
• The damaged item
• Packaging
• The BOL damage notation
• Retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
• Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of any refund related to shipping damage.
• International buyers are fully responsible for:
• Customs clearance
• Duties and taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Buyer must arrange for their own customs broker if required. Seller does not provide customs clearance services.

Limited Warranty

• All equipment is sold “as is” with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Buyer assumes all risk regarding the quality, performance, suitability, and safety of the equipment.
• Equipment should only be installed and operated by qualified personnel.
• Seller is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses (incidental or consequential) related to the use of purchased equipment.
• Buyer’s purchase confirms acknowledgment and agreement with these terms.

Indemnity & Legal Terms

• Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anacapa Equipment Brokers, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the purchase, ownership, or use of equipment.
• All disputes shall be governed by California law.
• Jurisdiction for any dispute will be in the State Courts of California.
