Die Ecultor GmbH & Co. KG gewährt eine weltweite Garantie von 10 Jahren ab Kaufdatum. Die Garantie wird ausschließlich gegenüber Verbrauchern eingeräumt.
Voraussetzung für eine Inanspruchnahme der Garantie ist eine Übersendung der Ware zusammen mit einer Kopie der Rechnung und einer Schilderung des Garantiefalls auf Kosten und Versandrisiko des Verbrauchers an die oben angegebene Adresse.
Die Garantie gilt für Material- und Herstellungsfehler.
Die Garantieleistung im Rahmen dieser Garantie umfasst eine kostenlose Behebung der in der Garantiezeit auftretenden und unter die Garantie fallenden Mängel. Der Garantiegeber wird auf seine Kosten das Produkt austauschen und das Austauschprodukt an den Kunden übersenden.
