This is by incomplete eBay system. So, if you afford to pay for the total, please make the payment in advance before you receive the invoice. After that, you can receive back the extra shipping fee you paid. But, in this case, please make sure that you have to request the refund with eBay direct message, not payment message or the other things.

2nd, You should request the total.

 

(*If you receive a message : "the seller doesn't allow the combined shipping",

3rd, We will send you an invoice applying the combined shipping.

4th, You can pay for the invoice as it is.
