Comes with new custom built 9V power supply, properly soldered and sealed with heat shrink--no electrical tape or hack job wiring. Original battery box is present but in rough shape.

Has been serviced with two new electrolytic filter caps in the power supply, and new dial bulbs. The dial bulbs still do not illuminate when the light switch is flipped. I will leave that for the buyer to tinker with as I see it as not particularly essential to functionality.
