This is a 4 inch PCD which has a grease nipple cut out in centre hole. Some trailers use 100mm PCD that does not have a grease nipple cut out in the centre hole. Although very close in PCD measurement different size studs and centre hole prevent the 4 inch and 100mm being interchangeable.
