Warranty Coverage
Only engines and gearboxes supplied by GP Metals & Spares are covered under our parts 3 Month Warranty. All other items are supplied with a 30-day return policy only, covering the cost of the part itself. No warranty is offered on ancillary, electrical, or body components.

Returns
If you have ordered an incorrect part (for example, where the part number differs), you may return it within 30 days of receipt using a completed Returns Form (see ‘Returns’ section). Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement if available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified by email.
Return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

All returned parts must be in the same condition as supplied, complete with all security marks, seals, and labels intact.

Exclusions
GP Metals & Spares does not cover labour costs, fitting, removal, or any associated charges. Warranty or return coverage does not extend to vehicle damage, downtime, or consequential losses of any kind.

Inspection & Reporting
All items must be inspected upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours, supported by clear photographic evidence (including the packaging and shipping label). Claims reported outside this period may not be eligible for investigation.

Tampering & Modifications
Any signs of tampering, modification, or attempted repair will void warranty and return eligibility.

Installation & Safety
We strongly recommend that all safety-critical parts be fitted by a qualified automotive technician. GP Metals & Spares accepts no responsibility for faults, injury, or damage resulting from incorrect installation or handling.

🚗 Please Note – ABS Pumps & Control Modules

All ABS pumps are used and graded parts that may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with previous use.
Each unit is fully tested prior to removal and confirmed to be in working condition, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Please review all photos carefully — the item shown is the exact one you will receive.
In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged in storage before dispatch, a replacement of equal or better condition will be provided where possible.

Please ensure this ABS pump is correct for your vehicle before purchasing.
If unsure, contact us with your vehicle registration or VIN, and our customer support team will be happy to confirm compatibility.

⚠️ Important Information – Programming & Installation

• All ABS pumps/modules require coding or reprogramming to your vehicle after installation. These units are not reset prior to sale.

• Programming must be carried out using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment by a qualified automotive technician or auto electrician.

• In the event of a suspected fault, you must provide:

  • 📸 A clear photograph of the diagnostic screen showing the specific fault code or communication failure.

  • 🧾 Proof of professional installation, such as a workshop invoice or work record.

• GP Metals accepts no responsibility for damage, malfunction, or loss caused by incorrect installation, handling, or programming.

📦 Delivery & Inspection

All ABS pumps are securely packaged for safe transport.
If the parcel arrives with visible damage, please photograph the packaging before opening and inspect the item immediately.
If any damage is found, contact us within 24 hours with photos so that we can begin an investigation with the courier.

All other items, including ABS pumps, are supplied with a 30-day return policy covering the cost of the part only.
This policy does not cover labour, fitting costs, or consequential losses.
All returns must be in the same condition as supplied, with security marks intact.
