Shipping Terms

Commemorative coins, Rolls & Boxed Mint Sets: $14.95 Canada & $22.95 USA 

Graded Coins and Banknotes: $14.95 Canada & $22.95 USA.

Single Ungraded Coins: $2.95 Canada (Canada Post Lettermail) & $22.95 USA 

Bullion: $9.95 Canada (Canada Post) and $22.95 USA 

Delivery time and Shipping Terms:
We strive to ship items within 48 hours, excluding pre-orders, back-orders, statutory holidays or extraordinary circumstances. 

Items are shipped through Canada Post, except during strikes.  Tracking will be available for all items excluding low value, single ungraded items and single bullion items. Two or more bullion items will be shipped with tracking.  

Combined Shipping - Please contact us to arrange combined shipping prior to purchase.  With the exception of heavy or high-value items, combined shipping of $2.95 is available for additional items purchased on the same order provided arrangements are made prior to purchase.  Shipments to the US may be subject to a premium.

USA Shipping Update - Due to recent customs regulation changes, USA orders must be shipped by courier.  The previously allowed imports valued under $800 to enter duty-free with minimal checks has been cancelled.  US customers are responsible for any and all import fees.

In the event of a discrepancy between the Shipping Terms stated in an individual listing and the general shipping terms, the general shipping terms listed shall apply.

As we sell on multiple platforms, all orders are subject to availability.  If you purchase an out-of-stock item, you will be notified and refunded accordingly. 

High value or heavy items may be subject to an additional shipping premium.    Customers will have the option of paying the extra shipping or cancelling the order.

ORDER PICKUP IS NOT PERMITTED.  ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED

Service and Returns

If your item does not arrive as expected, or if there is an issue with the item received, please contact us before leaving negative feedback.  We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and to your satisfaction.

Please note that bullion items may have toning or milk spots.  Returns on Bullion are not accepted under any circumstances.

Photos and Grading:  Photos are for reference only. The item you receive will meet the listing specifications but may differ from the photo.  Serial numbers and certificate numbers may vary, unless specifically stated otherwise.  Any grade or grade range provided for ungraded items is opinion only, and Coinhutt is not responsible if the item grades lower.

Please note that we cannot guarantee rolls are not double-headed. For OBW rolls, the wrapping bank cannot be guaranteed.  For Original Rolls, you may receive either a paper or plastic wrapping and rolls may be double-headed.  Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Double-headed rolls
  • Colored coins not reflected at the ends of mixed rolls. 
  • The quantity of coloured coins within mixed rolls
  • Bullion items

Unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply unless the item is damaged or the wrong item is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of seller error.  Please contact me if you wish to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, and rolls must be unopened.
