Scientific Industries Incubator-Genie SI-1403 Shaking Incubator
This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements.
The unit powers up and is in good working order, but may need slight calibration. (Digital thermometer used for testing, not included).
It is in good cosmetic condition with minor marks.
Incubators may be transported via a range of delivery methods, including palletised courier networks or direct delivery to the intended location of use. During transit, internal sensors, fans, or control systems may be affected by vibration or movement.
To ensure optimal performance and accurate environmental conditions, it is essential that all incubators are allowed to stabilise upon arrival and are professionally calibrated before first use. Calibration ensures the unit reaches and maintains the desired temperature, humidity, or CO₂ levels reliably.
Please ensure:
- The unit is left for a minimum of 12 hours upright and unpowered after delivery.
- Calibration is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications before any use.
Failure to calibrate prior to use may result in inaccurate conditions and affect experimental integrity or compliance with laboratory standards.

Please be aware that our quoted shipping prices are for freight

import which may include ISF filing, destination clearance, import

what other costs you may incur with shipment such as import VAT and
customs duties. In some cases, we may need to apply for export
licenses which can take some time; we can advise on time-scales.
It is always best to contact us for a quote/timescale prior to
ordering, as in some cases we may be able to offer reduced postage
