CONDITION: I am not an expert in assessing items. These items are used. Many have been stored bagged over the years and all have been stored in protective boxes for the last 20+ years in garages, storage facilities, and closets. I do my best to describe what I see, assess the condition to the best of my ability (pricing accordingly) and have nearly 20 years of sales on Ebay to my credit. Because these items are nearly 40 years old in some cases, you should expect some wear and tear. Please see RETURNS and FEEDBACK for more information.
PRICING: All items are listed with a “best offer” possibility. As a motivated seller, reasonable offers may be accepted. Go ahead and try!
PAYMENT: All payments must be made through Ebay/PayPal. No exceptions. Payment is expected within three (3) days of your agreement to buy or the end of the auction. Items not paid for will be cancelled and re-listed (I will contact you before doing so). Non-paying bidders will be addressed according to Ebay Non-Paying Bidder Policies.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: All shipping is actual cost via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. I add a reasonable handling charge for my time in preparing items to ship. I only ship via USPS with delivery confirmation and tracking (this protects both of us). I will combine shipping on multiple purchases — please send me a message before checking out so I can issue you a new invoice. Items will ship within three days of your payment clearing.
RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied, the first thing you should do is contact me. My goal is that both of us are happy with our Ebay transaction. I will gladly accept returns if the item is in the condition it was shipped and refund your money if you believe I have misrepresented the condition. Please contact me as soon as possible after receipt. After five days, I will assume you are happy and that the sale is final. If for any reason you have to wait longer than that, please let me know and explain your reasons in your correspondence. I’m pretty understanding but need to understand why delays happen. Please note that partial returns are simply not possible — It’s all or nothing so please check carefully.

You have my promise to solve any problems with minimum inconvenience to you. Please do not post feedback until our transaction is totally finished and any problems resolved (see RETURNS).
INTERNATIONAL: I’m sorry. I do not ship to international bidders. Ebay has set up a system for this that you’re welcome to follow. I’ll do as they instruct.
AUCTION CANCELLATION: On rare occasions, buyers may act irresponsibly and in a manner inconsistent with Ebay regulations. Given that, I reserve the right to cancel any bid should the bidder abuse the process.
